Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime during the 30-day trial period or afterward to avoid future charges. Simply submit your cancellation request using this form, and it will be processed immediatelly.

At this time, we only offer membership-based purchases. If you do not wish to become a VIP member, you can simply refrain from completing the checkout. We may introduce a non-membership option in the future.

5. When Will I Be Charged?

After your initial purchase, the membership fee is billed once every 30 days. Each charge immediately converts into store credit you can spend on our discounted VIP catalog.

** Members who joined on or before March 21, 2025, are billed on the 5th of each month until cancelled. **

 

There is no penalty for canceling. Once canceled, no further monthly fees will be charged.

6. How Does Store Credit Work?

Your monthly fee is converted into store credit, valid for 6 months. Because VIP products are discounted at 50% off, your store credit effectively goes twice as far compared to normal pricing.

7. Are Shipping and Returns Really Free?

Yes. As a VIP member, every order you place includes free standard shipping and free returns.

8. Do You Support Any Charitable Causes?

Absolutely. A percentage of each membership fee and purchase supports global causes such as reforestation, cancer research, and anti-racism initiatives.

9. What If I Want a Refund on the Monthly Fee?

We do not refund the membership fee itself since it’s automatically converted into store credit. However, you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
