Refund and Exchange Policy
At SoloSoothe, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy, we’re here to help. We offer a 30-day warranty on all products, starting from the delivery date. Please reach out to us at support@solosoothe.com for any return or exchange requests.

Refunds
- Eligibility: Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. A deduction of 10% of the order price (original shipping cost) will apply to refunds.
- Condition of the Item: To qualify for a refund, your product must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging.
- Missing Items: Refunds will not be issued for "missing items" unless they were listed as included in the product description.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process may take up to 7 business days after the item arrives at our return center.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
Option for Refund Without Return:
To save time and effort, we offer an 80% refund without requiring the product to be returned. This allows you to resolve the issue without going through the return process.
Defective Items
If your item is defective and stops working within the 30-day warranty period, please send a photo or video of the defect to support@solosoothe.com. Once confirmed, we’ll issue a full refund and provide a prepaid return label.
If no photo or video is provided, refunds will be issued based on the following conditions:
- Unopened Items: 100% refund (excluding shipping costs).
- Opened Items (used or unused): 80% refund due to restocking costs (excluding shipping costs).
Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery
- Reshipment: If an incorrect address was provided, we can reship your order for an additional shipping fee.
- Refund: If the product is returned to us, the original shipping fee (10% of the order price) will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We’re happy to process exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchange Fee: A 30% fee of the product price will apply to cover processing and restocking costs. For example, if the product costs $100, the exchange fee will be $30.
- Process: You’ll receive an invoice for the exchange fee. Once paid, we’ll ship the replacement product within 7 days.
- Keep or Discard Original Item: You may keep or discard the original product.
- Fee Waiver: If the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent), no exchange fee will be charged.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Reach out to your bank for additional details.
